Self Portrait

it's been a while, and I have quite a few images I need to upload, but I'll do that some other time. I finished the first self portrait I've ever done last night, and want to share it. :D I hope you enjoy.

getting better?

well, I think I'm getting better at figure drawing. sometimes I wish I had a different teacher so I could learn another method, I feel slightly restricted by the way he is teaching us. but it works well enough I suppose. I just like test driving different methods and figuring which works best for me. anyway, here's the latest from my figure drawing class and another daily sketch page. (figure drawings have been removed due to mild nudity, they are in my private sketch books, viewable only to me and those which critique my work)

daily sketches

well, these are a few pages from my daily sketches. I try to do at least one page a day, little gesture drawings, cartoons, and some practice for figure drawings. I enjoy these drawings because I can do whatever I want with them. it's great.
